Strategic Approach
The client’s requirements were challenging as back then the local calendars, local push, local reminders, etc, were not documented and easily available for programming.
During the Ui/UX stage, we have discussed the business requirements with all respective 3rd party vendors and identified the best vendors for the business needs of the client to finalize their agreements with them.
- Based on requirement gathering, we have created UX using balsamic.
- We have shared UI (PNGs) through invisio.
- All business logic were documented and approved with the client.
The project was completed in different phases:
Before the actual project started the documentation we collected to ensure we are building the right application were:
- RFP
- SOW
- Design documents
- Sample Data/Physical Printed Forms of process
- Hardware connection documents
- Empower the client’s event attendees, speakers to maintain their schedules.
- Maintain phone calendars based on attending events.
- Reminders on mobile without a remote push.
- Conference / event-related social network.
- Building personal agenda, manage phone calendars, reminders.
